About Greg Gedese

Owner, Greg Gedese is a certified NRA instructor and California Department of Justice Certified Instructor. He also served in the United States Marine Corps for four years as a Reconnaissance Marine with 1st Recon Battalion. During his enlistment he was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. As a certified NRA range safety officer, he is charged with ensuring range operations are running smoothly and the rules of safety are upheld.

Gedese has helped senior citizens, victims of domestic violence, and individuals with physical disabilities. He prides himself with making any student (with a positive attitude) comfortable with a firearm.

Greg Gedese's passion to start Good To Go Gun Training was sparked out of the need to create his own standard for quality firearms training and a desire to help out in his community. As the industry continues to evolve, so does Gedese. Different types of firearms and their fundamentals are an aspect he finds exciting and alluring. Despite his years of experience, there is always an opportunity to learn more and progress, bringing more value to his company and an opportunity to instill more confidence in his clients.

The ultimate satisfaction comes from seeing clients accomplish something amazing while watching their progression on the range. Clients often mistakenly assume they face an impossible challenge on the range, yet eventually through training overcome a daunting task with confidence. Gedese’s goal is to take a class from a student who one day surpasses his skill level.
